What type of data do we collect?

  • Data Processing for Consultancy Services: Collecting business contact information (Name, Email, Company, Phone) under the legal basis of legitimate interest (to conduct business) or contractual necessity (if a contract is signed).
  • Data Processing for Residential Tenancies: Collecting personal identifiers (Name, Address, Telephone number, email, PPSN, Bank Details) under the legal basis of contractual necessity (to manage the lease) and legal obligation (tax/tenancy law). If necessary for maintenance works, data (Name, telephone number and/or email adress) will be shared with maintenance contractors. We will never share your address, PPSN or Bank Details unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
  • Data Processing for Business B&B (Workshops): Collecting registration and payment data under the legal basis of contractual necessity (to deliver the workshop) and Consent (for marketing newsletters).

All data transmitted via this website is stored by our Hosting Provider LetsHost on Servers in Ireland.

Payment related data may be shared with our Accountants/Auditors Conall Dunne & Co Chartered Accountants Limited in Letterkenny, Ireland.

Certain Data from Residental Tenancy Contracts, especially names and contact details, may be shared with maintenance contractors if the nature of the work to be carried out requires information of or consultation with tenants.

What We Collect: We utilize WordPressfor our website platform. CCTV Monitoring at Residential Properties

What we collect: For the safety and security of our tenants, our assets and the property perimeter, certain residential properties are equipped with closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, which record footage of common areas (e.g building entrances, car parks, waste areas). No cameras monitor private living spaces.

Legal Basis: We process CCTV data under the legal basis of legitimate interest (to prevent crime, protect property and ensure the safety of residents). Footage is retained for a limited period of 30 days unless required for incident investigation. Clear signage is displayed where CCTV is in operation.

Marketing Communications and Consent

What We Collect: We collet your name and email address to send you marketing updates, newsletters or information about new Business B&B workshops or property initiatives. This is typically collected via opt-in forms on our website or at our seminars.

Legal Basis: We will only send you marketing communications where you have given your explicit, freely given Consent. You are entirely free to withdraw this Consent at any time, which will result in your immediate removal from our mailing list.
