What this role is about

This position forms the operational backbone of our contract lifecycle work. You prepare ownership and site information for our Site Contract Consultants, support the drafting and review of agreements and ensure that all signed documents meet our quality and compliance standards.The role requires professional experience in structured administrative, legal or contract related work, as you will be handing sensitive documentation that directly affects the integrity of our clients´ site portfolios.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing and structuring client-provided data for consultant negotiations
• Ordering and reviewing land register extracts, commercial register information and other ownership-related documents
• Drafting, formatting and quality-checking contract documents based on consultant input
• Reviewing signed agreements for completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal and client requirements
• Maintaining documentation, templates and project records to ensure traceability and operational liability
• Coordinating with consultants, clients and internal teems to keep contract workflows moving smoothly
• Supporting the continuous improvement of our processes and documentation standards

What you bring

• Native-level or C1 German proficiency, both written and spoken
• Strong organisational skills and structured, dependable working style
• High attention to detail, especially when working with legal or contractual documents
• Experience in administrative, legal, real-estate or telecom-related roles is an advantage
• Confidence working with digital tool (Office 365, CRM systems, shared workspaces)
• Clear communication skills and the ability to support multiple consultants in parallel

What this role is about

You will be the primary point of contact for landlords during contract negotiations. Your work ensures that mobile network operators can maintain and upgrade their radio sites reliably. You will receive well‑prepared ownership information and contract drafts from our Backoffice Specialists, allowing you to focus on communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

The role combines structured workflows with the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of sites. You will learn how to navigate legal, commercial, and interpersonal aspects of contract renewals — with full support as you grow into the position.

Your responsibilities

• Contacting landlords to initiate and manage contract renewal discussions
• Explaining contract terms, addressing questions, and guiding landlords through the decision process
• Negotiating commercial and legal aspects within defined parameters
• Coordinating with Backoffice Specialists to ensure all documents and ownership information are complete
• Preparing negotiation notes and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
• Escalating complex cases to senior colleagues when needed
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our communication templates and negotiation workflows

What you bring
