Site Contract Consultant (Entry Level, German-speaking) – Telecom Site Contract Management

Our consulting division is building a dedicated Telecom Contract Management team. We support mobile network operators in securing the long-term continuity of their radio sites through lease renewals, renegotiations, amendments and the reactivation of terminated agreements. To expand this capability, we are looking for a German-speaking Site Contract Consultant who will negotiate directly with landlords and guide them through the contract renewal process

This is an entry-level consulting role with structured training, clear processes and close support from experienced colleagues. It is well-suited for graduates and career changers who enjoy communication, problem-solving and working with people.

What this role is about

You will be the primary point of contact for landlords during contract negotiations. Your work ensures that mobile network operators can maintain and upgrade their radio sites reliably. You will receive well‑prepared ownership information and contract drafts from our Backoffice Specialists, allowing you to focus on communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

The role combines structured workflows with the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of sites. You will learn how to navigate legal, commercial, and interpersonal aspects of contract renewals — with full support as you grow into the position.

Your responsibilities

  • Contacting landlords to initiate and manage contract renewal discussions
  • Explaining contract terms, addressing questions, and guiding landlords through the decision process
  • Negotiating commercial and legal aspects within defined parameters
  • Coordinating with Backoffice Specialists to ensure all documents and ownership information are complete
  • Preparing negotiation notes and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
  • Escalating complex cases to senior colleagues when needed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our communication templates and negotiation workflows

What you bring

  • Native-level or C1 German proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with landlords and property owners
  • A structured, reliable working style and the ability to manage multiple cases in parallel
  • Curiosity and the willingness to learn legal, commercial, and technical aspects of telecom site contracts
  • Comfort working with digital tools (Office 365, CRM systems, shared workspaces)
  • A calm, solution‑oriented approach when dealing with questions or objections
  • No prior telecom or legal experience required — full training provided

What we offer

  • A clear entry path into consulting with structured onboarding and continuous support
  • Direct involvement in negotiations that have real operational impact for mobile networks
  • Close collaboration with experienced consultants and Backoffice Specialists
  • A thoughtful, founder‑led environment that values clarity, substance, and operational excellence
  • Private health insurance
  • Company pension contributions
  • Flexible working arrangements (hybrid/remote options)
  • Consistent daytime working hours with the expectation to align with landlord availability. This role requires uninterrupted focus during working hours and is best suited to candidates who can reliably maintain that schedule.
  • Long term development potential in a growing multidisciplinary consulting environment
