Lothar Schulmeister – The Founder & Head of Strategic Management
As the founder, Lothar drives the strategic direction of the company, specializing in complex, high-value asset and organizational challenges. Admitted to the bar in Vienna in 2002, he leverages a decade of experience as a solicitor before he built up significant track record restructuring companies in Austria during the 2010s. This legal and business management acumen is the foundation of our Business B&Bs, focusing on organizational clarity and problem-solving. Lothar personally leads the Telecom Consultancy division, applying expert negotiation and legal foresight to ensures seamless site acquisition and crucial landlord management protocols. Furthermore, he is the strategic force behind developing our innovative housing initiativers, including the Rent-to-Own and Sale-Leaseback programs.
Sarah Schulmeister – Head of Assets & Operational Stability
Sarah is the key guardian of the company’s commitment to Stability. She oversees the entire Residential Property Rentals portfolio, ensuring reliable management, prompt maintenance and high-quality living environments. As a gifted interior designer, she ensures that all properties are not only functional but aesthetically pleasing, reinforcing our commitment to stable, quality living. Her expertise extends deep into complex real estate negotiation: she was trained by the world-leading provider of landlord negotiation services for the telecom industry and has a proven track record personally negotiating lease contracts and successfully recovering terminated contracts for three major German telecom providers.
This specialized skill set provides a critical operational advantage to our Telecom Consultancy division, where she establishes best practices for professional, fair and highly effective negotiations with property owners. Sarah ensures operational excellence and direct accountability across all asset management functions, making our promise of reliability a reality.
